Yes. A tiebreaker game to determine playoff berth is not considered a playoff game, since it is not a playoff game it counts toward your regular season statistics. Also, playoff games do not count toward either season or career statistics.

yes, like all NFL playoff games.
Erik Kramer started at QB the last time the Lions won a playoff game. That was January 5, 1992 against the Cowboys, 38-6, at the Silverdome. The backup QB was Rodney Peete.
The score of the Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings 2009 playoff game was Cowboys 3 Vikings 34.
4!
shaun king, ben roethlisberger, joe flacco and mark sanchez
There are actually four different quarterbacks who hold that record. Brett Farve, Frank Filchock, Bobby Layne and Norm Van Brocklin all threw 6 interceptions in a single playoff game.
Shaun King, Tampa Bay Bucs. Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens. Mark Sanchez, New York Jets.
Charlotte Bobcats only...
It has never happened in the same Super Bowl game.

Underrated. Simply one of the best playoff quarterbacks ever to take a snap. Played half of career in "dead-ball" era. Surrounded by talent, but so was Montana, Aikman, etc. Would not have thrived in West Coast type offense, but was one of the best deep throwers ever. Called many of own plays, which is almost unheard of in today's game.
