No one has ever thrown more than one perfect game in their career. However a couple players have thrown both a no-hitter and a perfect game in their career, the most recent being Randy Johnson after his perfect game in 2004

NOTE

The bottom paragrah is not really a valid answer to the question "What pitchers in MLB history pitched perfect games?" whether this was due to a bad call or not, the bottom line is, the stat line reads he gave up 1 hit, hence he did not pitch a perfect game. Not even a no hitter, no matter how bad people want it to be.

Nobody has pitched more than one perfect game. Nolan Ryan has the most no hitters with 7. Lee Richmond, John Montgomery Ward, Cy Young, Addie Joss, Charlie Robertson, Don Larsen, Jim Bunning, Sandy Koufax, Catfish Hunter, Len Barker, Mike Witt, Tom Browning, Dennis Martinez, Kenny Rogers, David Wells, David Cone, Randy Johnson, Mark Buehrle, Dallas Braden, and Roy Halladay are the 20 pitchers who have thrown perfect games. No.

There was one game, in 1917, where both pitchers had allowed neither a hit nor a run through nine complete innings. However, the fact that one of them gave up a hit (and lost the game!) in the tenth inning means he was not credited with an official no-hitter.

No. There have been pitchers who have pitched multiple no-hitters, but thus far no one has achieved perfection twice.
