As of now, the first and ONLY player to win three straight Super Bowls is Ken Norton Jr.. He played with The Dallas Cowboys when they won Super Bowl 27 & 28 & The San Francisco 49ers when they won Super Bowl 29.(He DID play in all three games. Check the stats)
