Yes. He won the Heisman in 1974 and 1975.
I believe there have been four winners since the NFL-AFL merger. Barry Sanders was the last to win both. He won the Heisman in 1988 and shared the NFL MVP with Brett Favre in 1997. Marcus Allen won the Heisman in 1981 and the MVP in 1985. Earl Campbell won the Heisman in 1977 and the MVP in 1979. Finally, OJ Simpson won the Heisman in 1967 and the NFL MVP in 1973. Don't forget Paul Hornung -- the first to do it.
Reginald Bush II won the 2005 Heisman Trophy, but due to theft, he got it taken away. Some say, the runner-up, Vince Young, should take it, and some say that the University of Southern California should keep their trophy, and that Reggie's heisman should just be taken away.

As of October 2023, there have been a few Heisman Trophy winners who did not pursue a professional football career. Notably, the most prominent examples include John Heisman himself, who won the trophy in 1930, and more recently, winners like Chris Weinke (2000) and Eric Crouch (2001) who did not have significant professional careers. However, the majority of Heisman winners have gone on to play in the NFL or other professional leagues.
No Tennessee player has won the Heisman Trophy.
Sam Bradford won the 2008 Heisman Trophy.
Archie Griffin won the Heisman Trophy two consecutive Heisman Trophies in 1974 and 1975.
Two: Charlie Ward and Chris Weinke. Ironically they were both quarterback, and were both recruited in the same recruiting class (Weinke played baseball for several years before giving up and returning to football).
Heisman was first awarded in 1935.
