Because if teams are tied in their group ranking, the group who scored more goals will have more points and consequently will advance to the next round.
Farthest being the 1st Round. It has happened twice, once in 1994(USA) and 2010(SA). They have a better record in the Euro's, qualifying 3 times, even Winning the trophy once in 2004.
Yes. They topped the UEFA Group 6 Qualifying and subsequently went on to the finals tournament. They subsequently drew 2 of their group games against USA and Algeria 1-1 and 0-0 respectively and beat Slovenia, narrowly coming second in their group behind the USA on goals scored. In the round of 16, they lost to Germany 4-1 in one of the most controversial world cup matches ever.
The Hawkeyes are a team from the University of Iowa. Hawkeye has two other traditional meanings which are somewhat related. (1) most excellent and clear vision, similar to the visual acuity of the raptors... (2) the highest title of marksmanship often awarded only after a perfect qualifying round

Torres. Blistering pace, great first touch, shots are too good for any goalkeeper, and to be honest he is the most skilled player I have ever seen. Torres may have scored less national goals (23 for Spain) than Rooney (24 for England) but Torres has an overall 141 appearances and 118 goals SUCK THAT ROONEY Rooney. Uses all passes possible, a big baldy that splits his bold head when he shouts. Powerful shots but mostly ruins them, skills are OK, but is TOO slow for my likings. I will choose Fernando Torres. His pace is 70% better than Rooney, clinical finisher, and he occasionally dribbles to the penalty area, especially as Torres' dribbling is even more accurate than Rooney's passing. Also, along with his national team mates he is a European and World Champion, and he was crowned most feared striker of 2007 and 2008. So all that stuff about oh Rooney is better well guys you just got to face the facts.
I used the greyhound in San Fernando, it cost about 40 dollars round trip.
No, for it to be a qualifying round you would need to play that 9 twice, quite a few courses are designed this way.
Fernando Alonso.
