Usually an average major league pitcher throws around the high 80's low 90's but you got pitchers like Felix Hernanadez that can throw about 94 mph and then throws a curveball about 81 mph. And Tommy Hanson for the Atlanta Braves averages about 92 mph so lots of pitchers have different averages but they have one thing in common they're really hard to hit.

60 Feet, 6 inches

Don't ask us why there's an extra 6 inches. There's 90 feet to every base yet 60 feet 6 inches from home plate to the rubber on the pitcher's mound. Go figure.

Average. 15. Year old boys should throw 90 or if not at least 85. If not that just mean he is not a good Baseball player mostly slim pimply kids are like 69 to 73

Usually, they can get it up to mid-high 90s. Usually, you should expect 90-95 miles an hour. A few guys have gotten above 100 before.

You can regularly see 75-80 mph balls but some aces can pitch over 100mph.
