Jackie Robinson. When he first joined his team it was very difficult but as things progressed his made a spot for him on the team. Also Robinson was a very funny person which made it a lot easier. He had most of the team laughing by the second week. Of course his ability to play the great sport was the most helpful key point of his teammates accepting Jackie Robinson
