It could be nipple irritation which is caused by your Bra rubbing your nipples or washing product or even washing powder than is causing your nipples to feel irritated. Or failing that its PMS because your period is due in less than 2 weeks. You can get a bacterial infection in your nipples without being pregnant. Try squeezing the nipples then washing with a warm wet cloth. If symptoms still occur after a week see a doctor. You could have MASTITIS. Its an inflammation of the breast. Symptoms may include: Increased pain, swelling, redness, or warmth in an area of a breast. Red streaks extending from a breast. Drainage of pus from a breast. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck or armpit. Flu-like symptoms, such as fever, chills, and fatigue. If there is discharge: Spontaneous discharge of fluid or blood from a nipple is a concern, except during pregnancy and breast-feeding. This type of discharge occurs without pressing or stimulating the nipple. Galactorrhea is one type of spontaneous nipple discharge and may be a side effect of a medication or caused by a noncancerous tumor in the pituitary gland (pituitary adenoma), decreased thyroid function (hypothyroidism), or certain types of cancer.

uuuummm...yeah the only reason i know of of why your nipples would be discharging white liquid is the you would be pregnant but I could be wrong. You should probly check with your doctor.

I would recommend taking a pregnancy test or visiting your doctor. It is still possilbe to have your period when you are pregnant, or antoher possibility is that you were pregnant and are now miscarrying. If the latter is the case, you may need to have a D&C( dialation & cutterage) in order to remove any remaining placenta. If this is not done it may result in some major health issues
