Yes, Quidditch is available both in the main storyline and as side challenges. Although, Quidditch is fairly different in this game as you can only be the seeker and you must follow a track of stars to the end to catch the snitch. If you miss or don't gain enough time between stars, you can run out of time and lose, however.
