The firearm laws in Queens apply as the firearms law in New York City, which means they are illegal, but depends on your luck, the police officers may not decide to enforce it as some do play paintball as well or do not know whether paintballs are covered as firearms in NYC law.

Not that I know of - if anything, Queens would be considered part of NYC under NY law and NYC law states that paintball markers are illegal. However, there are very few fields around in the city, and certainly none that I know of in Jamaica.

There are no set laws for paintball in states, there are however country laws. Usually they are more towards common sense. If you are located in a rural area, away from the public, you are more then welcome to shoot paintballs.
