No There is not
The owning and operation of a paintball marker does not require any permits.
no, a paintball marker should not be illegal in any town to own, however some towns will not allow the discharge of a marker.
It depends on what marker you have, a marker like a 3.5 Excellerator, Tac-5 (any marker of the TAC-5 brand) or a similar marker like these, you can use HPA in.
unscrew the tank, this will vent any co2 that is in the marker out the asa
Yes. Although all standard paintball guns shoot around the same distance, there are certain barrels or paintballs available that add range and/or accuracy to the marker. Besides that any marker with a longer barrel and optics could be considered a "sniper" marker.
it will not be any more accurate, a paintball marker is not a firearm the physics are different. in all reality the first 8" of a barrel are for accuracy, anything after that is to quiet the shot down and give the ball a little more room to accelerate
Any standard kit will be fine for a spyder.
As stated by the American Paintball Players Association: Currently, there are no known laws in the US which prohibit the possession of a paintball marker by an adult. Some laws affect when and how a minor may purchase and possess a paintball marker. Most urban areas prohibit the use of any projectile-launching device outside of areas designed for that purpose. Also keep in mind that paintball markers are generally considered to be a variety of airgun (BB gun, etc), so any airgun laws generally apply to paintball markers as well. Use of a paintball gun against non players is assault.
The best marker for $150 is the smart parts vibe. Its a much smoother operation and more efficient than Tippmanns or Spyders for the price. It also has better eyes and electronics than any other marker in this price range along with an exceptional regulator.
No, you cannot sell any guns on Greg Hasting's Paintball Max'd. Once a gun, or any equipment for that matter, is purchased, there is no selling back to the "virtual" store for game credit. Spend wisely!
It depends what marker you have. But basically you open it up, wipe any paint away and put paintball or airtool lube on all of the o rings.
Ariakon (Armotech) manufactures well liked milsim paintball markers. Although I have no experience with that particular marker it is made by a good brand so most likely it is decent.
