That depends on the person. If you are used to a fast pace life
then you might have to walk quicker to lose weight. On the other
hand, if you don't have a fast pace life you might have to walk a
moderate pace. You just need to walk fast enough to elevate the
heart rate so that it will burn more calories. Saying that, any
extra exercise you are doing, aka walking, will have an impact on
