∙ 11y agonot at all if your a intermediate runner beginners usually take about 12 mins for a mile
That is a very good time for a human runner. It equates to an average speed of 12 miles per hour.
The runner covered a total of 3520 yards (2 miles = 3520 yards).
Running 10k (6.2 miles) in sub 40 mins is typically referred to as a benchmark for a 'good' runner. So yes I would say it is a good time.
Good quality insoles for a runner would have to be comfortable and provide support. Good quality insoles for a runner are usually rubber and last long.
Runner is going 8 mph Biker is going 15 mph (they took 2 hrs to go their respective distances)
Yes. A good runner/sprinter would be able to do more than 15 MPH for a short time.

about 21 minutes. When i was in 6th grade, i ran 3 miles in 17.14 minutes! but u have to think about it, i did cc and softball... i was very athletic.
5-6 minutes if you are around 12 then between 6-9 is a good time depending on your gender and activity level
It depends on how experienced you are as a runner. Beginner: 3 miles or so (11-12 min/mile) Average runner: about 3.5 miles (10 min/mile) Fast: about 4.5 miles (8 min/mile) Experienced XC runner: about 5 miles (7 min/mile) Elite runner/really awesome XC runner: about 6-7 miles (5-6 min/mile) Anything faster than 5 min/mile for 35 minutes is craziness. If you ran more than 7 miles in 35 minutes...you don't need to be asking whether that's a good number of miles :P
A good 8k time for a recreational runner is typically around 30-40 minutes. Competitive or elite runners may aim for times under 25 minutes. The ideal time can vary depending on the individual's running experience and fitness level.
