I dont think that anything serious happens. I dont think that anything serious happens.
no! train them once a week if lifting a lot of weight or two times a week if lifting light weights. dont train any body part more than once or twice a week
You will deydrate...
It is generally recommended to start lifting weights around the age of 14-16, once the body has developed sufficient strength and coordination. It is important to start with light weights and proper technique to prevent injury. Consulting with a fitness professional or coach can help determine the appropriate starting age.
No i dont think so but if you gain too much muscle mass you're flexibility might be alot less than before. You should try gaining lean muscle, which results from less heavy weights and more repetitions.
I dont think anything happens but I'm sure it wrecks the game after a while you dont get band though either
dont no
Because of the skeletal immaturity of a 13-year-old, it is not advisable that they train with weights. My recommendation is to play regular sports to develop all-around fitness, plus coordination, and wait until age sixteen (or fifteen at least).
you dont wanna no...
your kinda just out of luck. i dont think anything will effect the dog though.
Probably. It depends on the weight and how much you use the weights.
