Mesomorphic, in the context of this question and in this topic, refers to people who have a generous amount of muscle and large bone build. Typically, they have shoulders that are wider than their waists (think of a professional body builder, whose upper body is shaped like a "V").
A person with a muscular body is often referred to as "muscular" or "athletic." They may also be described as having a well-developed musculature or being "mesomorphs," which is a body type characterized by a naturally muscular build.
There are three main muscle physique types: ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and endomorphs. Ectomorphs are typically lean and have difficulty gaining muscle mass. Mesomorphs have a naturally athletic build with well-defined muscles. Endomorphs tend to have a higher body fat percentage and may struggle to lose weight. To determine which type you fall under, consider your body shape, metabolism, and how easily you gain or lose weight. Consulting with a fitness professional or taking a body composition test can also help identify your muscle physique type.
Mesomorphs are generally good as sport because they have an athletic build and muscular strength. Height is often the dominant factor that determines which sport they play.

You can determine your body type based on your bone structure, proportions, and how your weight is distributed throughout your body. Common body types include ectomorphs (lean and long), mesomorphs (athletic and muscular), and endomorphs (curvy and round). It can be helpful to consult with a fitness or healthcare professional for a more accurate assessment.

Endomorphs tend to have higher body fat and a rounder shape, mesomorphs have a more muscular and athletic build, and ectomorphs are typically lean with a smaller frame. These somatotypes can influence body composition and physical characteristics, such as how easily one gains or loses weight, muscle mass, and overall body shape.
Dr William Sheldon describing the three basic human body types viz the Endomorphs, Mesomorphs and the Ectomorphs. Although these types are genetically determined, the key lies in identifying where your body type lies or if it is a combination of any two and then understanding what type of work out would be suited to your need. The types are classified keeping in mind an individual's metabolism rate and bone structure.
some probably do, but i don't see the point really. in slavic culture being skinny means you're weak, which is kind of bad. But being skinny is unhealthy, you have trouble gaining weight and muscle. While fat people have more muscle than skinny people and can gain it easier than mesomorphs. based on this, i would say no, because the only thing that skinny people can brag about are their six packs, which onyl shows because they're skinny.
