okay dude, what you should do to get really good results is give up sweets. this did wonders for me. also start lifting weights. 3 sets of 10-15 reps is fine. Workout every other day try not to consume a lot of fat calories. to show you my results, i started at 5'8 and weighed 127. I am now 6'0 and weigh 155.
