If your trying to gain muscle, when you work out do short sets of very heavy weights as opposed to many sets of low weight. So, lift as much as you can, even if it's not for as many reps. Also, there area lot of power drinks that you can take along with workinng out that will help you gain muscle.

Proper diet and exercise.

okay dude, what you should do to get really good results is give up sweets. this did wonders for me. also start lifting weights. 3 sets of 10-15 reps is fine. Workout every other day try not to consume a lot of fat calories. to show you my results, i started at 5'8 and weighed 127. I am now 6'0 and weigh 155. That is 28 lbs in a 4 inch span. you might think that it is because i grew, but that's seven lbs per inch which more than usual. Also depending on how much you weigh dictates how much protein you should get. I have to consume at least 115 grams of protein per day. You can find this calculator online.

You gain muscles by doing muscle building stretches and you have to exercise at least twice a day
