I only do 40-50lb
probably about 110
Unfortunately, I only have the time question answered. Press "Function", then press "14" on the key pad. It should come up like "12 hr- hhmm", and enter in the military time from your keypad. It will show up automatically. Hope that helps, and I'm sorry I couldn't do more.
45 pounds
I can do 650 around 100 times, also I'm a 6'2 linemen just over 250 pounds but it all depends on your body how you can handle it if you have proper form and how much your willing to do.
she should be 54
Well, that's tough to say just from weight. Weight isn't by any means the only judge of how much one should be able to bench press. How much time you spend, sports you play, diet, etc. you get my point. If I were to guess, I'd say 90-200 pounds would be about the average, some people can do much more, many more people can't.
a 14 year old boy shouldn't workout too much as his muscles are still forming and growing. Exercises that will help to enlarge the pecks are barbell bench press, incline barbell bench press, decline barbell bench press, and decline dumbbell bench press.
120 ? I'm Also 5'1 and 14.
