For exercising when pregnant there are a few basic guidelines
1. Stay adequately hydrated
2. Keep the intensity level at a moderate level
3. Avoid wearing clothing that is impermeable to water while exercising
4. Be acutely sensitive to the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc)
5. Keep the duration of the exercise session to 30 minutes or less
6. Avoid prolonged (>5 minutes) exercising in the supine (lying) position
7. Avoid overstretching while exercising or performing ballistic-type motions
8. Eat a nutritionally sound diet to ensure adequate levels of glucose are available
No it is not safe to lift heavy weights when pregnant especially not another grown up person. All the best to you!
Yes, the undertaker does lift some weights. While I personally am of the opinion that he also takes steroids I do believe that he also lifts the occasional weight.
A heavy weight will cause the parachute to fall at a faster rate than a light weight due to gravity's pull. The air resistance provided by the parachute will slow down the descent of both heavy and light weights.
Its a case of the "doms", you are over taxing your muscles.
Lift weights :-) Lift weights :-)

It actually is okay to lift weights at your age. I am a 14 year old girl and i bench press a bunch of weights and i have not stunted my growth. Guys are mad to lift weights I'm not suppose to lift weights but i am strong enough to do it. The answer to you is yes.
Both lifts and cranes are used for same purpose, which is load lifting. The difference between lift and crane is the way they lift load. Lifts carry weights from the bottom and move upwards while cranes pull weights from bottom to top.
It don't matter how fast you list the weights, it all depends on how much pounds the weights are, and how often you lift them. But I wouldnt lift them to fast, because you might pull a muscle.
better off swimming till wrists feel better and do pushing exercises with weights istead of pulling exercises
