It really depends on the school. Some schools (i.e. Division I college schools, large High Schools, etc.) have sports programs that are top in the nation, and thus, much more money will be spent on facilities, equipment, etc. Smaller colleges and High Schools will not spend as much, and some even have less sports to offer than others, further reducing the cost.
