the main part of a high protein diet is to eat high protein foods. these can include but are not limited to eggs, peanut butter, tuna, or any fish, and lots of meat products.

Well, there are a number of ways. But, the most important thing in trying to build your muscles is to eat healthy foods such as spinach, chicken, or peanut butter. (Believe me, there are many more healthy foods where they came from.) You can also work out, as with lifting weights, which will build up your muscle strength. (Eating healthy will do that and improve your muscles AND improve your strength.) You can also (unfortunately for girls, this isn't as much as boys) improve your strength simply by maturing. For boys your strength improves naturally. For girls, not as much.
Eating tuna helps to gain muscle because tuna is protein and protein builds muscle. However, to build muscle you need to exercise as well.

'Whole' peanut butters (the kind that include the skin, often available in health food shops) also contain high concentrations of B-vitamins.
