They have to be quick between the wickets, (running between the wickets so they can get maximum runs). some need speed to bowl faster, to get momentum and increase speed swing etc... They field is quite large and fielders need to: (a) get to the ball quickly and cover a lot of ground, and (b) once the over is finished they need to switch sides or run to a new position, if you have ever seen a T20 or even a test match, the cricketers need to be agile and quick, as well as co-ordinated to take those fantastic catches.
you need aerobic endurance for cardio to be able to dance and have a more structured dance move
because footballers need to get up and down the pitch, and last the full 90 minutes, aswell as if there is extra time.
a footballer will need aerobic endurance because: a match lasts 90minutes and they will need to be active for much of his time. they need to be able to perform at a high level for the whole match. many injuries occur when a footballer gets tired- therefore they need good levels for aerobic endurance to reduce the possibility of an injury.
