Arnis is a form of Filipino Martial Arts. The objective is to defend without injury. The opponents engage in stick, joint lock, and hand to hand combat only. A 10 point system is used. Hitting below the thigh is prohibited. A penalty accessed for the same strike 2 times per secession and any strike over 4 seconds could cost the fighter 2 points.

There are several rules to arnis. The first rule is that only attacks with the stick and feet are allowed. There will be no take downs, no pushing, no foot sweeps or throws, no kicks below the waistline, and no knee or elbow strikes.
