What is the value of 1965 all-star Game ticket stub?

The 1965 All-Star Game featured the National League, beating the American League 6 - 5. A full Ticket for the game played on July 13, 1965 at the Metropolitan Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota is worth about $80. -$150 and a ticket stub is worth about $40.-$60.

Condition is important. Rips, creases, and fading could bring the price down significantly. With ticket stubs if the stub was not torn cleanly it will effect the price as will if the stub was stapled to the program (holes) which was a common practice.

A full ticket just sold on Ebay for $7800...It is the only full ticket I have ever seen in over 20 years of collecting. Based upon that auction I would value a ticket stub in excellent condition to be worth $4000, $5000...
