A rookie bat (1995-96) unsigned with good use could go for anywhere from $4000 - $8000 or so, because they are so rare. Rookie bats will have DEREK JETER in block letters rather than his scripted signature. A more recent gamer could go for $1500 - $3000. A signed bat adds to the price, whereas a bad crack can bring the price down a bit.
