I think you may have included a bad year (1982). He was a member of the Packers from 1956-1971. If it truly is a 1982 ball, he may have signed it at "Bart Starr" day, but if it's not an actual game ball from his era, the value will be lower. Bart Starr was the coach that year.

From a few bucks to a few hundred bucks, depending on which card it is and its condition. (A signature increases its value. He's still alive, BTW, but he's in his 70's.) A more specific question gets a more specific answer. You can usually find several cards like or somewhat similar to this one that are posted on eBay. That might ball park your assessment. And there are a number of ecommerce sites on the web that deal in exactly this sort of memorabilia.
