Currently Panini is the sole producer of basketball cards. There are many variations on the name of the product including the Donruss label. Before, Upper Deck/Fleer and Topps produced cards before NBA gave the license to Panini.

Topps are great to collect, and appreciate in value fairly well relative to other baseball cards.
This does not exist, so....no value... Upper Deck did not produce basketball cards until 1990-91. The HOOPS Robinson from 89-90 can be found for around a dollar on e-bay.

You need to buy a Basketball Beckett. This will list the prices for the most popular cards, for each year/season, and will separate different packs of cards..for Example: Upper Deck, SP, Topps, etc. Also the inserts will be listed here, too. Upper Deck didn't exist in 1985-86. Fleer was the only major company to make basketball cards at that time. Your card was probably produced around the mid 1990s as mine are 1995.

Face cards are the jack, queen and king because these cards have pictures of the upper chest and face of people on them.
