Sports good for a whole lot of reasons

- it helps to keep your mind alert and improves concentration

- keeps your heart strong: when you are active your heart pumps blood through you body easily which keeps your heart strong and out of risk of Heart diseases

- your muscles are stronger and you will not be prone getting muscle spams

- you age gracefully too :)
