Where you least expect it.
There are no fuses on the firewall to my knowledge but there is at least two relays, one is the AC compressor clutch relay and the other is the starter relay.
Im not sure but at least 3.1 million. my mother participated.

It is under the dash with some wires plugged into it. At least that where it is on mine.
ussually it is on the firewall next to the brake booster at least that is where it is on mine.
The horn does not have a fuse, it uses a relay instead. If you are facing the front of the vehicle, the relay is (at least on my 2000 Sahara) the one nearest you on your right-hand side in the distribution center. It's a five-contact relay, though there are only four contacts going there. Here's a crude diagram: ----------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The horn does not have a fuse, it uses a relay instead. there should be a fuse box located in the engine compartment, remove the lid on this box and the location of the relay should be on the inside of the lid, you should have a least 3 or 4 relays along with fuses in this box, your fuel pump relay and fuse are there.
The Fuel Pump Relay and The Fuel Control Relay which are both exactly the same relay is located in the Glove Box under a little cover on the upper left side. The Fuel Control Relay is the left relay and The Fuel Pump Relay is the right. To test these relays, swap them and then try to start the vehicle, or blow the horn. If the horn blows then use that relay for the pump and you may at least drive the vehicle where needed! If the vehicle starts, then replace them as a pair. (between $14.00 - $20.00 at local parts store) Correction, the fuel pump relay is on drivers side and the horn relay is on the passengers side.
