Yes, 5 runners score points.
It can vary. I have known some races with 35 runners.
7
Depending on the race there may be a limit to the runners. Usually the limit is the top 7 runners. The top 5 runners score and the last two are used if there is a tie breaker needed, or someone has been disqualified.
This is entirely subjective and will vary wildly depending on your age and expectations. That said, in my opinion... A sub 8 min mile gets you faster then "jogging" status. A sub 7 min mile is a nice time for runners over 40 or under 13. A sub 6 min mile is starting to get competitive as a recreational runner. A sub 5 min mile is starting to get serious for a High School runner and is very good for a runner over 40 ("all american" if you are 45+). Over 1000 individuals have broken 4 minutes in the mile, including 4 American High School runners and one person over 40.
A typical school day is around 6 to 7 hours long, which is equivalent to 360 to 420 minutes.
The number of minutes in a school week can vary depending on the school schedule. A typical school week consists of 5 school days, with each day typically lasting 6-8 hours. This adds up to approximately 300-400 minutes per day, resulting in 1500-2000 minutes in a school week.
That is a broad question. Age, the course and weather are 3 huge contributing factors to a specific answer, but if you are just interested in what the average from all ages, for all courses is then your answer is somewhere between 30 - 40 minutes. High school track stars run the distance in 15 minutes routinely. College & pro runners do so in 14 - 15 minutes. World record holder are sub 13 minutes racers!! Women pro's tend to be about 2 minutes behind the best men.

My school gives us 4 minutes but i know with some shools its only 3 minutes
A American school can supply a school bus for it's students.
You can't. The number of minutes and hours in school are set by the state and not the school. More recess would mean more school day. The school and teachers have to count the number of minutes in the school day.
