well for getting your steps you want to go about a guarter of the way deep into the bar from the standard. then take 10 sprinting stepps and mark the 10nth one. your aproach you just want to run up with as much speed as possible without slowing down. when you take off if your a righty u jump off your left foot. you kick your left foot on the ground as hard as you can and using your arms pump upwars as hard as you can and look at your elbows. they should be behind your head. thisway you arc your back. the once your body has gotten over the bar look forward so your feet go up and not nock over the bar like i did in sectional clearin 6foot 2...i good high jumper in high scewl should be able to clear there height i can do 2 inches taller than me
