For the UFC to put a fighter in their game they need to own that fighters "likeness" It's part of the UFC contract, so the UFC can use their image on posters, on tv, and in games. Randy Couture's contract doesn't sign his "likeness" over for such purposes, so if they put his character in the game, he could sue them for using his image. It's all part of the UFC's insane contracts.Healso signed a deal with EA sports MMA so he will be in that game.
