They all aren't on one specific diet per se. Each fighter eats whats works for them. Most of these diets include fish, chicken, lots of veggies, lots of fruits, tons of water. No simple carbs, junk food or fatty foods. Some fighters are vegetarian, and some don't believe in supplements. Although fish oil supplements are a good source of fat and good for your joints. If you are looking to get lean and strong, I suggest trying to go on a "farm boy diet"- lots of whole, healthy foods and no perservatives. It takes a lot of willpower to eat like that (especially if you just want to train and don't have a UF belt on the line), but most agree that you will start feeling energized, strong, and fast.

UFC fighters do not utilize a "drowning pool". If the question is directed toward music selection, given that Drowning Pool is a heavy metal band, then music's usefulness to UFC fighters should be left up to others to decide, a la promoters.
UFC is not the same a karate. UFC is a Mixed Martial Art. Some of the UFC fighters have trained in karate and put the skills to use in the ring.
