There are so many ways to do it, that it would take too long to list them all.
A few (off the top of my head) are:
BULL - BULL
T20 - D20
T19 - S11 - D16
T18 - S14 - D16
T17 - S17 - D16
T16 - S20 - D16
T15 - S15 - D20
T14 - S18 - D20
T13 - S11 - BULL
T = Treble
S = Single
D = Double
Personally, I always go for T20 - D20; if you miss the first treble 20 and hit single 20, you are left with 80, which is attainable by T16 - D16.

It is not possible. The common factor of any treble is three and 100 is not divisible by three.
60, the highest single-dart score on the board
121 is wrong. It is not possible to get 119 with two darts so how can 121 be the lowest score you cannot get with two darts. A lot of people think it's 99 due to the fact that it's the lowest number for which you need 3 darts to finish. But they forget that a treble is allowed for the 2nd dart. (99 = T19,T14) Also 101 = Bull + Treble 17 The answer is 103.

The minimum is three darts, a dart board, and a line on the floor. You'll also want a score board, adequate lighting, tape for the throw line/ oche. It's a nice courtesy to post a list of suggested 2- and 3-dart outs. Keep a few extra sets of flights and shafts with you. Also carry a little sandpaper to roughen your darts once in a while to help them stick. A small stone for removing burrs is not a bad idea.
