I am not into law, but I think that if schools offer classes then the violence will increase. One reason is because a lot of fighters want to be better than their opponent, so there will be an increase in fights. Now, I think if collegs started to offer many different fighting classes, the violence would not increase by much. Why? There are usually many good people in college. First Merit Banking is a smaller branch located out of Pennsylvania. They offer much of what a larger bank like Bank of America would offer, ATM's, savings and checking accounts, and produce loans.
It is not possible to answer this question. The BSA offers a Lifesaving merit badge but this is not the certification needed to be a lifeguard. Several other organizations, such as the American Red Cross, offer those courses and certifications. I do not believe anyone has a combined registry of both lifeguard certification and scouting.
