Of course you can, just take it easy. Listen to your body and don't push yourself too far. As your pregnancy progresses, your center of balance will change, so be careful you don't fall down and break your wrist. You'll probalby want to give up sparring at some point before your third trimester, but your body is very well designed to provide your baby with an great deal of protection. You would have to be extraordinalily out-classed to be in any real danger.
