Pretty much any Chinese Martial Arts school will teach you the appropriate forms. But they do often require you to obtain a basic knowledge of the art before they introduce you to the weapons forms.

Around 525 AD. The legendary monk, Boddhiharma, made the journey across the Himalayas to china, from India. He found the monks in China having problems staying awake during meditations so he developed twelve animal movements to help them focus.

These movements became the basis for kung-fu and began spreading and changing throughout southeast Asia.
