Not just yet but eventually she will turn into a heel. They have to keep the story lines changing all the time to be entertaining.

Every wrestler become a heel at some point. Stone Cold, Bret Hart, Undertaker, The Rock, Trish Stratus, Lita, Ric Flair, Triple H. All of them have been heels at some point so it is just a matter of time. If Mickie turns heel it has to be against someone like Maria Kanellis or maybe Ashley Massaro if Ashley ever comes back.
