because if the base ball was big it wouldn't go far
and lets say it does go far and it goes into the audience and it hits someone thell die!
Smaller
I think it does because of the fact that basketball is more popular than baseball.
In my opinion yes because I know more people that play basketball than baseball.
A basketball is made out of atoms.
No
Basketball - 22oz. Baseball - 51/8 oz. The basketball is heavier by 1 pound.
Michael Jordan played baseball and football as well as basketball.
I personally like basketball more, but I believe some people like WATCHING baseball more because it is easier to watch and follow than basketball.
basketball is not easier than baseball. when hitting in baseball, you have to determine what pitch is coming to you, then you have to swing, then you have to make contact on the exact right part of the bat for the ball to travel. this is extremely difficult to do. clearly, hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in all of sports. therefore, basketball is not as hard as baseball.
yes
By comparative diameters, the baseball would be Neptune, with Uranus just a little larger, and the planet Saturn (excluding its rings) would be slightly smaller than a volleyball.Planetary equatorial diameters:Jupiter - 142,984 kilometersSaturn - 120,536 kilometersUranus - 51,118 kilometers (more than than 1/3 Jupiter)Neptune - 49,528 kilometers (slightly more massive but smaller than Uranus)
The earth is larger. It is much easier to block light to the moon than it is to block light to the surface of the earth by a smaller object. Imagine a baseball(Moon) and a basketball(Earth) and there is one light in the room. You put the basketball in between the baseball and the light, it completely covers the moon in darkness. Now pass the baseball in between the basketball and the light, shadow only covers a small area of its surface. This is why its more rare to witness a Solar Eclipse where the moon blocks a small portion of earth's surface, than a lunar eclipse where the Earth blocks all of the sunlight from the moon.
