The title of "student athlete" comes into play here. Sports are extra curricular activities while academics are the business of schools. Grade first, sports second is the norm in education.
Some effects of failing grades. When you have failing grades you don't get good jobs or get scholarships or even pass school. When youhave failing grades and don't pass school you will have to redue school all over again. So try to get good grades through out school.
In the principle's mind: Student is Tabula Rasa. Teacher is there to fill the empty space. Time goes by. Exams arrive. Student does badly. Teacher has failed to teach. Normally this isn't a problem on its own as some students are just too dense/disinterested to be taught, but if multiple students are all doing badly, it's often (not always) a sign that the teacher cannot interest them enough in the subject for them to learn. Especially in a private school, it's easier to kick out and replace one "failing" teacher than it is to kick out and replace multiple paying students(/customers.)
school
65 or lower
yes it is
At my school they do they have to have a 2.50 GPA
No, because if they can't maintain good grades then they can't manage school and a sport! If the grade raises then maybe because it depends if they are able to maintain a C average and juggle the responsibility of doing a sport and homework!
They do affect grades. If the students are able to dress as they want, then they can be more focused and happy in school. If uniforms are in place, then they are focused but not happy. Therefore uniforms are not a bad thing but do not please the students.
Why not.... Students with higher grades have learn t and studied very hard for this opportunity, so give them the chance.
Generally, the only grades that show up on your high school transcript are those for the semester. Quarterly grades are however helpful progress reports for the students.
I give the students advice to be responsible, respectable to other students,to study to get good grades and do good in school.
Secondary Schools encompasses grades 7 to 9 and 9 to 12. Grades 7-9 represent junior high school while grades 9 to 12 represent high school. This applies to most schools in United States. The total of 6 years of high school completes a secondary school education.
