Balance is very important for every kind of sports. If you lack proper balance u might fall while playing. It improves your coordination and decreases your reaction time( makes you faster). It also makes you more confident and better at sports.

You can improve your balance in a number of ways:

  • Stand on one leg for long time with closing your eyes without falling.
  • place a book/books on your head and walk long distances without letting the book fall etc.

Balance is not only something you need for sports, but is something which improves as you play sports. SO KEEP PLAYING AND HAVING FUN!!!!
