Because it's considered assault.
They want to get a custom curve, even pro's do it; then they take a mold of their top result, and they make replica's of it.
Well my opinion is that when hockey sticks were first made they pulled a curve onto the stick and now if you want to do a wrist shot or a slapshot all you have to do is curve your hand and shoot.
i like hockey fights because they get the other players pumped up and it is cool to watch people punch each other. it is way better that basketball
With offensive players you want it up to your nose. But with defence you want it a little bigger like up around you forehead or maybe shorter where its confortable defence need longer sticks for poke checks and so the have more flex for a harder and faster slap shots.
Wil I play hockey and when i want to get a cheap stick on off the computer I go on hockeymonkey.com or hockeyworld.com or hockeyoverstock.com. And they will all work but my total favorite is hockeymonkey.com.
It will probably be OK, but if you are a serious field hockey player, you would not use an indoor stick on the turf nor use your turf stick indoors. It is not OK to use an indoor stick outside. When you want to shoot the ball you might break your stick because it is too thin. It is ok cuz there isn't much difference between them.
In field hockey, there are eleven different positions numbering to 22 people on the field at once. In ice hockey, there are four (6 if you want to be specific) positions numbering to 12 people on the ice at once.
I'm pretty sure there can be as many substitutions as you want in the game.
Because it's the best league in the world and they want to compete with the best players in the world. And because of the Stanley Cup.
just like any other game of hockey... with a face off... if there is no one to drop the puck then the way it usually goes down is players in the faceoff agree to say a phrase and with each word they tap there sticks off the ground and then with each others sticks over top of the ball/puck. The most common thing to say is NHL... the players tap sticks on each letter N-H-L and after the sticks tap on the L both players can try and take the ball/puck.
brian gionta uses easton sticks i acctually have a few of his stick i got from him pro stock and i like the flex and curve but unnfortunatly if you want the curve its gotta be costom i only have two sticks left and im going to have to order some
Well normally around 4 inches but if you want a good deal if you are looking for a stick that is junior length you can buy the youth stick and 1 end plug and shove it in the back of the youth stick. But only in a composite hockey stick. Also normally a youth hockey stick can be about 50 dollars cheaper ten the junior. The end plugs are about 5 to 7 dollars. good luck
