Sorry, i wasnt clear on the question.
i was trying to say, 'Scotland is not an independent country, so how they are member of FIFA? -- we don't see California or British Columbia taking part in FIFA world cup. So, how come Scotland, North Ireland and Wales can take part in FIFA world cup - after all they are not independent!
