Marques Johnson
John Wooden was a renowned basketball coach who led UCLA to numerous championships. The award named after him, the John Wooden Award, is given to the most outstanding men's and women's college basketball players in the United States each year to honor his contributions to the sport.
Well, to be honest he is my favorite player in NCAA Mens basketball. He is beast. I predicted he was gonna win with UConn at the national championship when the tournament just first started. But he didn't win the John R. wooden player of the year award for Jimmer fredette won that. And on the womans side Maya Moore(my favorite player In WOMANS basketball, which also plays for UConn) won the John R. wooden award for the 2010 and 2011 seasons. Kemba Walker won the Naismith award. GO KEMBA!!!!!!!
