you have to sign in to your playstation network name and then choose split screen multiplayer. it will still be a private game. it will save your class and killstreak preferences for each player. so yes 2nd player can get killstreaks as long as you are signed in. i am usually the second player so when we figured this out it was awesome. until my playstation broke
