Speaker, along with Eddie Collins, Jimmy Collins, Joe Cronin, Bobby Doerr, Jimmie Foxx, Curt Gowdy, Lefty Grove, Harry Hooper, Rick Ferrell, Babe Ruth, Tris Speaker, Ted Williams, Carl Yastrzemski, Tom Yawkey, and Cy Young were automatically enshrined into the Red Sox Hall of Fame without being elected.
