This baseball was sold sometime during the late 1980's early 1990's taking advantage of the baseball card boom of that time. I'm not sure that these baseballs are officially licensed by Topps. Either way, they were sold for about $10. each and are view more as a novelty item than a collectible. The baseballs sell on eBay for about $5.00 or less, and occasionally sell as high as $10.
