Jim Thome (born August 27, 1970 in Peoria, Illinois) is a former Major League Baseball player who played for the Cleveland Indians, Philidelphia Phillies, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Minnesota Twins, Cleveland Indians, and Baltimore Orioles over a 21 year career.

Thome was a five-time All-Star, and the 2003 National League home run champion.
