Manchester United have won more trophies then Liverpool since 2000.
It is Manchester United.
Manchester United is the tran with the most premiere league titles with19. The surpassed Liverpool last year to set the record.
Liverpool are the most underated side in England - people need to acknowledge the power that they possess and Rafa Benitz 5 year plan - this year is the 5th year and we will be crowned champions - We have also won the most trophies of any premiership team since the turn of the millennium - Overated I think not!!!
Last year Liverpool finished 7th in the e.P.L.
Manchetser United are the best team in the world and have been fot the last decade on trophies per year ratio and have also had the best player in the world for the past 3 years in Cristiano ronaldo as voted by his fellow footballers but Liverpool have won more trophies over time mainly because they were founed 50 years before man utd but most of them trophies are known as 'shadowed' trophies by the Liverpool fans like the communiy shield. Also Manchester uniteds and liverpools best players Steven Gerrard and crsitiano ronaldo earn the same £130,000 per week and have both denied £180,000 contracts also ronaldo has now extened his contract till 2014 has says he was truley sorry to the Manchester united fans.
2001 - Liverpool
This year's fa cup final
They where 2-1 at Anfield and 4-1 at Old Trafford, Liverpool won both games
Apart from Steven Gerrard winning the award for 2008-09. The last Liverpool player to win it was John Barnes back in 1989/90.
My reason for Liverpools lack of success in the past few seasons is their inconsistency throughout the season. Liverpool tend to start the year well, (top of the league last year), however through the Christmas period they tend to draw more games. In the 2008-2009 season the main problem was that Liverpool drawed far too many games which they should really have won, most notably Hull and Stoke.
Oh no they are not useless, as you see they always come in the top four. Only last year they failed to do it.
