larence Taylor has a carreer of 132.5 sacks and ray Lewis only has 33.5 don't worry he will never catch up to him..
She thanks Lawrence Taylor, the All-Pro linebacker who played in the NFL for the New York Giants. Pay attention to the opening scene of the movie - the Giants are playing the Redskins and Lawrence Taylor (usually called "LT") sacks Joe Theisman and breaks Theisman's leg. Sandra Bullock is thanking LT for causing NFL teams to pay much more attention to the left offensive tackle who protects the QB's "blind side."
Like said in the movie, Lawrence Taylor hit QBs so hard that NFL team needed top Left Tackles to protect the quarterback's blind side. Since Michael plays Left Tackle, Leigh Anne thanks Lawrence Taylor for making the Left tackle position more important so it means something more than a lineman.
You must be mistaken for Lawrence Taylor, a retired NFL player that makes Michael's playing position much more important.
1990 Score Lawrence Taylor card number 50A 1990 Score Lawrence Taylor card number 50 has a book value of about .10 cents in Near Mint - Mint condition. Professionally graded cards will sell for more. Condition is important. Common flaws with football cards include: rounded edges, creases, off centered, and faded color. Any or all flaws will devalue the card significantly.
4 DB's have accomplished this: LeRoy Butler (Packers SS 1990-2001), Rodney Harrison (FA Formerly of the Chargers) and Brian Dawkins (FS Eagles) and Ronde Barber (CB Bucs). As far as I know ROnde Barber is the only CB to do this. To date he has 37 INTS - 4 this season - and 23 sacks - 2 this season. http://www.kansascity.com/sports/football/story/984228.html There are probably more but Sacks only started being recorded in 1982
Go there more often.
Linebacker Jason Gildon had 77 sacks as a Pittsburgh Steeler, which is a team record. Gildon finished his career with 80 sacks, picking up three more in his final season with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
I have a roster from a benefit (Giants vs. our polic department) signed in May 1990, great to excellent condition, full names signed in front of me. Signed by: LT, Pepper Johnson, Dave Meggett, Otis Anderson, Stephen Baker, William Roberts, Lewis Tillman and Rodney Hampton. Any general range would be appreciated. merrick_kacer@yahoo.com Thanks!
Yes, if there were two animals, they would be in different sacks.
Aha....a trick question. Lawrence Taylor did not have a 1981 Topps Card. His rookie card is 1982 Topps #434--and it's worth $20 in MINT condition with no flaws. The only Topps card of LT's which is numbered 166 is from 1989, where he is on the sideline kneeling on his right knee with his left elbow on his left knee. That card is worth 25 cents in MINT condition.
