The NFL was founded in 1920, and two of the original founding teams still exist: The Arizona Cardinals (called the Racine Cardinals in 1920) and the Chicago Bears (called the Decatur Staleys). The Green Bay Packers joined the league in 1921. They are the oldest franchise to have never moved operations to another city.
The Cardinals are the longest continually operating franchise, having been founded in 1898 as the Morgan Athletic Club.

The Ravens played in the AFC Central Division when they first entered the NFL in 1996. The teams in their division that they would play twice a year were the Houston Oilers (now Tennessee Titans), Jacksonville Jaguars, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cleveland Browns (the Browns returned to the National Football League in 1999).

Not positive, but I believe the Titans are Tennessee's first NFL team. I do not believe Nashville ever had a team, I know they never had an AFL team. As you probably know the Titans were the Oilers which hailed from Houston Texas. Houston now has the Texans which were once a team from Dallas (decades ago.) The Titans were also from New York for the first season of the AFL (1960's). Names have been recycled and moved making it all confusing.
